What to know

What's included

The bike of course! Which is equipped with brake lights, turn signals, mirror and 12"x17" a rear cargo basket, cell phone holder and small saddle bags. We will provide a generic helmet and a bike lock. You are welcome to bring and use your own helmet.

What to Bring

Please bring appropriate footwear. We will not allow the use of our E-Bikes with flip flops or other footwear not suitable for biking. Weather can change quickly. We always suggest dressing in layers so you can adjust for the weather conditions on the day of the rental. It may be helpful to bring a small cooler or other similar bag to help store belongings on the cargo rack. Sunglasses are helpful also.

What to expect

Explore Chetek and enjoy the many eating and drinking establishments! Explore the beach, parks and lakes or go for a scenic ride through the country side. Our bikes are foldable for easy transport to reach other riding destination's such as the Old Abe State Trail or the Chippewa River State Trail.

Requirements for your rental

Our bikes are not waterproof. You are responsible for keeping them dry.

Do not ride our bikes in the rain or on wet/slippery surfaces as injury may occur.

Riders must be 18 or older. Youth aged 15 to 17 can ride along with a parent.

For safety reasons, no children under 15 may use our e-bikes.

We will need a photocopy of your ID.

There will be a security deposit held on your card on the day of the rental.

All riders must sign our waiver. Under 18 must have a waiver signed by a guardian.

Helmet use is mandatory regardless of age or experience.

Cancellations 24 hours or less in advance of your booking are not eligible for a refund.
